Cancellation & APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION policy
At HAIR+CO, we value both our clients' and stylists' time. In order to maintain a positive and efficient salon environment, we have the following policies in place.
• 48 HOURS’ NOTICE: Cancellations or reschedules made with more than 48 hours before your appointment will not incur any charges.
• CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48 HOURS: Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment may be subject to a fee ranging from 50% to 100% of the booked service total, depending on the timing and frequency of changes.
• 24-HOUR CONFIRMATION REQUIRED: If your appointment is not confirmed at least 24 hours prior, it will be forfeited and must be rebooked for a later date. We provide ample reminders via tet messages and phone calls to ensure you have time to confirm.
REFUNDS: No refunds will be given.
